Eligibility
- Applies to qualifying existing LPG installations booked directly with Smart 1 Gas Connect.
- The customer must provide the existing paper CoC where available and access to the full installation.
- The promotion is subject to practitioner availability and service-area scheduling.
What is not included
- Rectification, repairs, replacement components or installation modifications
- Work outside the registered practitioner’s authorised scope
- Building, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry or other third-party work
- Travel or accommodation for projects where these are separately quoted
Certification condition
A digital CoC is issued only after inspection, required testing and completion of any necessary corrective work. The promotion does not guarantee that an installation will pass on first inspection. Valid paper CoCs issued before 1 April 2023 remain valid.
Offer period
The offer is available for bookings confirmed by 31 December 2026, unless withdrawn or extended in writing. A customer should request written confirmation that the promotion applies before booking.
