What we do
We install new LPG systems, modify existing installations, assess compliance, install gas geysers and cooking appliances, support commercial and school kitchens, and organise installation records through the Smart Gas Passport.
Registration and standards
- Smart 1 Gas Connect is an LPGSA Installer Member: LPGM-IN-6665-572, valid through 31 December 2026.
- LPG work is led by SAQCC Gas-registered practitioner MS Moabi, registration 13687, within the stated Domestic/Residential scope.
- Installations are assessed against the applicable SABS-published SANS 10087 requirements and manufacturer instructions.
How we work
We begin with the appliance, property and intended use—not with a one-size-fits-all package. Remote photographs can support an initial scope and quotation, followed by physical verification where conditions or regulated work require it.
- Plan the system and cylinder position
- Install or rectify the regulated LPG work
- Test the completed installation
- Issue the appropriate documentation when compliant
