Remote information is preliminary

Photographs, video and descriptions help define a likely scope, but cannot replace measurements, testing or physical verification. A remote estimate may change when the property, installation or appliance is inspected.

Quotations and acceptance

• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
• Work is booked only after acceptance and any required deposit.
• Hidden conditions, inaccurate customer information, extra work and supplier changes may require a revised quotation.
• A quotation is not a Certificate of Conformity or a finding that an existing installation complies.

Regulated work and certification

LPG work is performed only within the practitioner’s authorised scope. A digital CoC is issued only after the completed installation has been assessed, required tests have been performed, and the practitioner is satisfied that it complies. Defects and work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate project and access information.
• Do not conceal known defects, alterations or safety concerns.
• Ensure an authorised adult is present and the work area is accessible.
• Use appliances and LPG equipment according to instructions after handover.
