For property sales, older installations, missing records, safety concerns or planned verification.

Valid paper CoCs issued before 1 April 2023 remain valid. Inspection does not guarantee immediate CoC issue; defects must be corrected first.

Registered practitioner-led workAssessment and certification remain within the practitioner’s authorised scope and the applicable SANS requirements.
